Standard Meat Sponsors Screening of "Beyond Zero"

Recently, Standard Meat sponsored a screening event at TCU's Neeley School of Business for the impactful, ground-breaking feature film, Beyond Zero. Standard Meat Co-President Ashli Rosenthal Blumenfeld proclaimed herself to be very inspired by the experience and plans to organize a private screening for the Standard Meat leadership team in the near future.

Beyond Zero is an independent feature-length documentary that chronicles the story of visionary leader Ray Anderson and his company, Interface — the technical and manufacturing wizards behind everyone's favorite FLOR carpeting tiles. After a life-changing epiphany, Ray led his company on a transformational journey toward full sustainability. Ray's heroic leadership serves as an inspiration for organizations at any stage and a call to action that ignites the human spirit.

Beyond Zero is currently completing a fundraising tour of Texas cities. The combined funding raised by the tour will officially launch the Texas Education Plan, which will make Beyond Zero, along with additional tools and resources, available at no cost to educators throughout the state. At Standard Meat, we are proud that our support of this important motion picture — and the Texas Education Plan that will result from the tour — will prove a benefit to our state for generations to come.
