Searching the world for flavor inspiration and food tech advancement, Ashli Blumenfeld (Co-President) and Regan Wright (Special Projects and Chef) recently visited the Anuga Food Fair in Cologne, Germany.

A trade show with historic roots in the early 20th century, now showcases next level trends and cutting-edge technologies. From sustainable production, packaging and marketing opportunities to superfood research, 3-D printed foods and unique protein sources for the alternative meat space, the products and tech on display at Anuga were an eye-opening showcase of everything coming soon. The next few years are going to be exciting (and delicious). At Standard Meat, we are thrilled to be part of this rapidly evolving space.
